"Why don't you face me for once instead of looking away?"
Humanized version of Arcee and Knock Out inspired by the recent TFP episodes and this song, Face Me.
I wanted to draw a disfigured Knock Out after watching Tunnel Vision. Really, I actually felt sorry for Dr. Knock Out when that train directly hit him and ruined his paintjob... And Breakdown is already dead so nobody would be kind enough to comfort him. How sad.
As to this picture, I simply love the dynamics in their relationship described in those Knock Out/Arcee fanfictions, and after listening to that song again and again a vague story concept came across my mind. So I drew it. I don't know how to write a decent story summary, though, so just go listen to that song and you'll get the general idea.

Because he was hit by a train in Tunnel Vision. And that train left those nasty scars all over his gorgeous face and sexy body. It's all the train's fault!

Hey, I've always been a fan of your art; it's amazing and this one is no different. The lighting, the emotion, KO's scars...wow. While we all feel sorry for him, as I was having a conversation with and we...decided to give him one scar as sort of a souvenir from "Tunnel Vision". Everything else would be polished, but he would have one big scar from his temple to his jaw, give or take (I'm planning on drawing it sometime to see how it will look)... I feel so cruel, but it seems fitting. He can't go through all that just to become perfect again. (No matter how much he would love to.)
Anyway, rambling aside, this picture is beautiful, as usual.
(Oh, and thanks for mentioning my story down there! It means a lot to me! I'm glad you liked it. It was more of a crazy experiment at the time than anything, and it's received a lot more attention than I thought it would. I saw that you alerted it and that inspired me to make it into a two or three-shot, instead of just one.
