Mod of the Simple Euro Theme by XxlBug for Ecoute.Permission granted.

No, sorry. Don't wanna manage 16 versions^^
But you can easily do it yourself.
Go to your Ecoute Theme folder:
/Users/YOURNAME/Library/Application Support/Ecoute/Themes/
Find the corner-version you wanna modify, e.g. "Simple Euro and Art_BL.ecoute"
Right click on that file and then "show package contents"
In that window find the index.html file an open it with a Texteditor (Coda, Textmate, ...)
Look for this line (the highlighted one
Save the index.html and refresh your theme...

trust me, it will
But caution. There is a small bug with themes since v2.0.3 - each subskin is a file and Ecoute should be recognize them as several subscins belonging to one theme. But like I said this is broken. It just let you choose the last subskin (alphabetically).
So (for the moment), for a theme e.g. this one here, only install the file of the subskin you want
