This is great! Your line art is so smooth and the colors are very bright and really pop out at you, The expression is cute, and I love what you've done with quilava's flames. It looks so happy too! This piece is really nicely done, the pose, anatomy, and color choices all add to it. I especially like the clean shading and simplicity.

WOW! YAY my second favourite pokemon! i dont care about typhlosion >.> anyways it looks awesome and has a different point of view from the normal four-legs flat stance. Like how you drew from behind on its hind legs too! also like how the fire of the head and back look like hair and a tail! quilava looks ready to fight!
