I really like those clouds in the background. For some reason, they remind me of the game Okami. Excellent job shading that white. It may just be the angle, but he's missing that awkward forward-swept tuft of fur betwen his legs. Then again, maybe that's not such a big loss.

Reshiram is quite possibly my favourite legendary so far, and your art of it is spot on. The wing angles seem a bit awkward to me, but it could just be the position of the PokeMon itself that throws me off. I'm curious as to the ball of energy it's about to spout, and at what or whom? Very good job that you've done here.
