I actually wanted to draw this ever since a while ago, but never really got the motivation until I saw the contest forDidn't turn out how I wanted it to ;-; ...as always.
I didn't like the SoulSilver symbol so I changed it a bit ._.;; I also altered the HeartGold one a tiny bit, but it's really hard to tell with the background color >_>;;
I know Ho-oh's anatomy is a bit off...especially the wings... still practicing >_>;

Why would they make exceptions?

This is beautiful. The colors seem so natural of a sunset/twilit sky, and I love the way it just seems to glow. The warm oranges and cool purples and blues contrast so nicely, and the birds themselves are very pretty.
