I had to make him a snaky snake~

I haven't finished his info yet, but I have most of it down.

This wicked serpent is a sadist who loves nothing more than creating terrible images with his powers and tormenting people who cannot help but see them as real. As such, he is right at home in Acidic City Asylum...at least when Valic takes it from his brother Athane, and it becomes a place of torment for every inmate there. Soft spoken and devious, if there's one thing you never want...it's to run into this smooth talking conman and his dirty little tricks.
