She is my finest original creation. She is one of my oldest designs, and I have kept improving her. None of my other characters come close, save one, to matching her. Lennie and Vivi should recognize her from years ago.Media: Black BiC round stic pen

This reminds me of the year that one of my friends dressed up as a "dark faery" for Halloween

It reminds me of one of my favorite fantasy illustrators, Tom Canty with the whispy, pointy clothes, lots of wrinkles. He usually watercolors the ink drawings.

~whistles slowly~ Very impressive. The set in wrinkling of the tattery fabric is so evocative, and executed with amazing technical skill. The outfit is unnerving, but at the same time very femanine and graceful, with the assemetrical chain belt adding a delightful touch of interest (as if she wasn't interesting enough already 
The cut of the veil, and the collar really frame the half hidden face, since they are so different in texture and hue from the dress.
So, in case I wan't clear enough ^_~, very well done. ~giggle~

I've seen the same sort of evolution with my written characters, and I understand the pride you have for this drawing. She's very well done, and intrigueing. Is there a written piece that goes with her? Pass it on, I'd love to read it. Another favorite.
