I know that If I ever became a Mander, I'd love the chance. I'm not so afraid of heights and I just love love love the flying sensation of riding rollercoasters. And the view from high up is awesome.
Yep, I'd be itching to fly. In safety of course, since a fall would be nasty...

I suppose this is a case of his human instincts causing dissonance. At least in my headcanon, Charmander lack a fear of heights due to eventual evolution + being shuttled around by their parents/babysitters, which means a trainer has to be careful that they don't get too exploratory around high shelves and such.

I was thinking it was more the lack of seat belts or any modicum of stability riding on top of a giant dragon offers than a real fear of heights But you do have a point.

I actually DO have a Charizard form though. It's a 'what if I did?' sort of form...so not 'real', but more a conjecture. His name is Charzem, because I go by the thinking that a Pokemon's name evolves along with their form.

Not even Charzem really flies though. He's quite fat and lazy. XP
