You're welcome. I was going to end that first sentence with "darling", but it would just be too weird.

She's looking good, as she should! Your shading style and how you drew the eyes fit her perfectly. I have 40 of the 50 volumes of Urusei Yatsura they released on DVD in the US. Due to the age of this show, it's one of the few in my collection I actually can get soundtracks and singles on vinyl for.
Did you know Lum is considered by many as the original tsundere?

Thanks so much! And wow, I can't (but also, definitely can) believe they released so many back then DX Just like Ranma 1/2, when they would milk each VHS/DVD release with like 3 eps. ugh.
I wouldn't have guessed her as tsundere since she's always kinda showing how much she loves Ataru o: Probably definitely to the other charas though hahaha.

Close! Vaporwave subgenre Future Funk's baby! Hell, anything 80s anime is fair game, but they really love to go after Lum haha

Thanks so much!
And i feel ya; I haven't even seen the Beautiful Dreamer film yet.
The thing about Lum and her crew is that they've always been present for whenever I got into anime, that even though I've never actually watched it past the openings on YouTube, it feels like she's a part of my childhood xD
I really really gotta get to drawing the Ranma 1/2 some day...

Well imagine a more insane and self serving Ataru in mid life crises in Latin American/SouthWest United States metropolis of crammed public roads, skid row environments, and triple X hot spots galore. You get Duckman. Plus Aunt Bearnice is a tsundere with legitimate disappointment for the duck.

Darling!
Takahashi Rumiko is one of the all time greats - I don't think there's anything of hers that I haven't loved.Β Ranma was one of the shows that initially got me interested in anime in the 90's - so many classic characters.Β ^_^
I can't say that Ranma was my first anime, though.Β When I was little one of the first TV shows I loved after I graduated from Sesame Street and Mr Rodgers was Starblazers - aka Uchuu Senkan Yamato.Β For years afterwards I was never quite sure if that show had actually existed or if it was something I'd imagined.

Oh, definitely for sure!
Ranma wasn't my first anime, but it was my first manga. I don't remember exactly where it was in the story, but I can clearly remember the ending of the chapter I first read xD It was like Ranma winning a delivery contest haha.
Starblazers is a triggering name for me; I sold my collector's box set back around 2005 to my friend's mom who was a fan for $5, and now I hear it goes for hundreds and it's really upsetting hahaha.

Oh, Jon, you can't worry about collector stuff.Β Trust me, it's not worth it and you'll just drive yourself nuts.Β More likely than not your box set would have been worth a lot - if it were in mint condition, in its original packaging, unopened.Β When I was little I was nuts for Star Wars and had tons of the toys.Β A few years ago I looked into selling them and found out that toys that had actually been played with weren't worth much.Β Pawn shops won't touch that stuff.Β I probably could have sold some of it if I'd spent a lot of time researching what each piece was and what it was worth and looking for buyers on forums and Facebook and who knows what.Β I decided it wasn't worth the effort and just donated the lot.Β Minus a few pieces for sentimental value.

B-But, I'm a collector ; A ; Like, of a lot of stuff. I can't help it hahaha.
I do drive myself nuts a lot though. I'm trying really hard not to care about that stuff though.
Sentimental value objects are also a problem for me. I have a problme getting rid of stuff because it somehow always holds sentimental value in the end argh. Trying really hard to part ways with at least 1/3 of my anime collection (trust me, it wouldn't even look like it made a dent; I have 3 bookshelves and like 6 boxes of anime. Something needs to go)

I assume your collection is on DVD's?Β My first suggestion is to check to make sure they're all still playable.Β Some optical disks (especially the early ones) turned out not to age very well.Β My second suggestion is that you can store them much more compactly than the cases you got them in.Β there are actually a bunch of options: there are slim cases that are a fraction the size of the old ones, there are flexible plastic pages with pockets designed to go in a three ring binder, I've even seen people store them on a spindle case like the ones blank recordable disks come in: you can put I think fifty disks in a container the size of a half gallon of milk.Β There are probably other options out there I'm not familiar with.Β If you want to keep the cover art on most DVD's you can slide it right out and put them in a scrap book or something.

Ranma 1/2... You have to look to South Park to find an animated program more delightfully and hilariously messed up.
I watched the first three episodes of this, and even have the Max Factory Figma figure and that shitty Famicom game.

Ranma 1/2 was the first manga I read as a child back in the 90s, actually xD
I didn't even know there was a Famicom game, wow!
