I wonder how many yaoi fangirls got their hopes up with this title....Anyway, this is for Toboe and his fans. Cartoon Network is airing his tragic death, and...well, I figured he deserved a dedication. He's the only wolf I haven't done a serious pic for, also.
Poor Toboe. Everything ended too soon. The group lost its purity and innocence with him. Since it really crushed Tsume, I decided to have him mourning while a happy innocent little Toboe runs toward a better place to be with Granny.
Those two really did have an extraordinary bond. Toboe is largely responsible for the change in Tsume's character. No I DON'T think that they're lovers, but I do really like the relationship they have. The pic could also be dedicated to that, but whatever.

THEY CUT IT OUT. THOSE GOD DAMNED BASTARDS. Just when I get some respect back for those morons at adult swim they cut out half of that whole scene, just so they have time for commercials! Those fuckers can all go to hell now. All of those fuckers can go to hell.

ive seen all the epoisides i belive and ive seen the end and its sad that he died first being the pup of the pack and being really young. i do agree that Toboe and Tsume had a friend bond even if Tsume did not admit it he like Toboe and was sad when he died. the scene they showed proved that.

Oh, and I forgot to say few things more...
I'm not a yaoi fangirl of the pairing (not yet at least, and hopefully won't be... I'm way too far with Kingdom Hearts -games yaoi stuff... -.-').
And what I believe, even though I've only seen three parts so far, is that Tsume is more or less of a lone wolf. I'd say he wouldn't want to be alone but then again he's afraid to get hurt (like losing Toboe and the other kid in the first episode). So, even though he's not the kindest guy (at least for the first three parts), he does care for others. So, I'm going to say he feels like he lost a friend and failed to keep that said friend alive.
Anyways, that's just my opinion from seeing just three first episodes.

And Toboe's going to die!?! Damn, I like him. T.T The thing is that I've only watched three parts so far (and gonna watch fourth once I get my speakers to work).
So, the commercials has destroyed your enjoyment of the specific part. -.-' I know how you feel. Especially with anime that's cut off some parts so it would be more suitable for kids.... I tell you whats worse than the cut? I can't find I single DVD or ANY evidence that Wolf's Rain excists in Australia and they have NEVER shown it on CN here, either. That is why we turn to illigal downloads D: Its so damn annoying!

Its been like a year since i saw that episode and I still get that crying feeling in my gut. It also made me sad because tsume loved him so much and that's when i stopped hating tsume and actually realized the he had feelings. Toboe's life is the most tragic thing ive ever seen. Just seeing the life of someone that young and innocent and happy cut short. They could have at least brought him back in the end. Then they went and killed off tsume, blue and Quent.
I thought i'd love that series when it first came out but instead it's put me into a state of sadness that other people can only imagine. Why do they always have to ruin a good story line.
I wish i wasn't this upset over the death of a fictional character. I haven't cried this much since my grandfather died.
