This picture actually came from a screenshot I found on the 'Net one day. Its from the anime (Rockman EXE: Stream, I think), and it happens during a dream Meiru has. Slightly jealous of Netto and Rockman's CrossFusion ability and her not being able to perform it with Roll, she dreams of what would happen....and shows Netto up in the process XD**Note: The hair is red, like Meiru's**

I hate to be a stickler but in axess she does fail at crossfusing with netto's chip but in the series after(direct sequel-stream) she does succed at crossfusing and even becomes a regular fighter as demonic-half-wolf said earlier

Because she's insanely important to the plot of the anime, as she's Nettos love interest, even if he doesn't realize it yet? And because she's also insanely close to Roll, much as Netto is insanely close to Rockman? What I wanna know is why various other characters who are close to their NetNavis didn't get crossfusions, when they've been around longer, and pointless characters like Charlie and Jasmine and Yuriko and Telsa get them?
