The RED Zombie Apocalypse Team:Leader- Soldier: Ok, we only let him THINK that he's the leader. As much as we don't trust him with our lives, he could do a LOT worse to us than the zombies could...
Brawler- Demoman: Have you SEEN this guy Demoknight?
Weapons Expert- Heavy Weapons Guy: Self-explanatory.
Brains- Engineer: 11 PhDs. ELEVEN. Enough said.
Medic- Medic: Again, self-explanatory.
Speed Fighter- Scout: Fastest of the team. By far. And likely to survive longest, as, in horror stories, sex=death XD.
Mascot- Sandvich: Heavy already has a job, so...
Guy Who Dies First- Sniper: If the hoard gets near him, there isn't much he can do.

You know, if it wasn't for the whole long-distance thing, you'd think Snipes would be the best for zombie apocalypse survival.

He may be a hunter and a crazed gunman- sorry, ASSASSIN, but surrounded by HUNDREDS of infected, he would be quickly overpowered by the zombies if he tried to use his kukeri, and his SMG doesn't have much firepower.

All true and agreed with.
It's just that the whole "surviving on his own in the outback" thing kids gives the impression he'd do better off than most. But when zombies come into play, the meaning of survival completely changes, so I suppose that's where he's out of luck.
He should just stay home in the bunker.

Everything in this scenario is bad for Sniper. Law of Horror Stories state that cars will not start; Sniper's camper van is now useless. Law of Horror Stories also state that virgins live the longest, e.i. Scout-kun XD.

But his van does double as a house of sorts. It'd make a good emergency shelter, although it's more than likely he'd just be surrounded by the zombies, who'll just tear the van apart till they can tear into him.
Also, people who are black or have sex during the attack are stereotypically doomed, so we're going to be short one Demo and one Spy.
