Description
Even the Tekalians had to assert, that going into battle without a certain... morale boost, the soldiers sometimes deside, that it might better for their health to turn around and run.

The first Commissars where appointed directly from the schola progenium but fell prey to a desease called the "shot in the back" syndrome.
Soon, the Lord Commander Khons established an own version of the schola progenium. There the cadets, recruited among the soldiers, are taught the proper handling of soldiers. How to strenghten morale, rebuild order in a battle and keep the men in line without killing more of them than the enemy.

The Tekalian Commissars are know as "caring but strict fathers to the footsoldier" rather than "the more fearsome thing behind 'em than in front".

There are at the moment two teachers for each class. The shown instructor is singing from an ancient song book, which encourage the men - and grows a decent desire to make him suffer from a certain desease...
