this is not how shiny yveltal looks like, the only person who knows how it looks is smealum, the guy who first leaked the event legendaries, and he said that shiny yveltal was part white. also he showed shiny zygardeΒ

since Gen 4 there have been locked legendaries, basically making them never shiny unless through events. This doesnt apply to all legendaries though. But, this might actually just be Yveltal during cutscenes due to it's weakened state or lighting like with Inactive Xerneas's graysih blue colors in the cutscenes
