Hoopa, the Mischeif Pokemon. It uses it's psychic powers to levitate objects and cause chaos wherever it goes. When the hoops on it's body glow it is able to harness a special power. Hoopa is able to become invisible and vanishes when the sun rises. Hoopa is said to be spoiled and will use it's hypnotic powers to control anyone if it does not get it's own way; it's mischievous nature will then become rather malicious. Spirits of people are said to haunt where Hoopa has been.
