So... Twilight has energy field manipulation ('magic'), Pinkie has reality-warping powers (kind of like Freakazoid), Rainbow has super-speed flight, Rarity is a telepath/telekinetic, Applejack has super-strength and Fluttershy is a projecting and receiving empath as well as a beast-speaker. Together, they are the Elements of Harmony, chosen by the Twin Princesses to protect the Earth against the Changelings and the evil forces of the Dark Lord Discord.
Okay, so that's a 12-issue manga pretty much writing itself there!
