Frisk has just defeated omega flowey (on the pacafist route) and is taking a break in the subspace that you get the call from your friends in. Frisk themselves are a culmination of every human soul. Each one letting their power seep through the barrier to conjoin into a human so powerful nothing could keep them from their goals. And chara, the REAL chara, the one that wanted peace, took a chance, and spent as much energy as thye had left in their spiritual state, to reform their soul. A single fragment from their body in the flower fields, enough to create a new soul of pure determination. Frisk is the ultimate human, a result of those before them, frisk is the true human
