PERSONALITY
Raginhart prefers to reside in his mansion to experiment with soul fusion and soul summoning of deceased beings. Although he is highly unsociable and unwilling to make friends with others, he does not completely close himself from the outside world. In fact, he secretly hopes that someone would come to his abode to while away some time with him. Although tough and strangely quiet at times, Raginhart takes a strong liking to Vireis, and oftentimes spoils the little guy rotten. His weakness is Vireis’s sad face, so he attempts in every way to cheer him up. In general, Raginhart never seeks help, nor does he expect others to rely on his powers for solving problems. Out of all the legendaries, Raginhart is perhaps the most distant towards others, but can slowly learn to open himself to his neighbors and allies.

Recently, news has spread throughout Eisenberg that he is now engaged to a beautiful young woman named Wren O'Conner. Although she comes from a non-royal family, Wren has become the apple of Raginhart's eye. He has opened up because of her, and although not yet a social man, he has improved in his manner of conversing with others. They plan to be married very soon.

HISTORY
Raginhart’s body was nearly destroyed by a terrible accident on a rainy evening. His body had been terribly mangled, but a mewtwo heard his calling as Raginhart's soul was bound for Agharta, the gateway to the underworld. The mewtwo mysteriously grants Raginhart a single chance to return to the mortal world to continue his life.

Your time is not here yet. I will guide you back, as long as you sacrifice yourself to me as your eternal host.

Seven years pass, and Raginhart does not remember the exact event that brought about his recovery. However, his link with Mewtwo certainly remains strong, as his dreams are often visited by the Pokémon’s soul. In this way, Mewtwo has given Raginhart its power, and although Raginhart cannot consciously recall the origins of his powers, he is able to wield and harness them as he pleases. When provoked, his soul and Mewtwo’s take over (as opposed to his regular self, under normal circumstances).

Raginhart currently rules the Kingdom of Eisenberg. His title, Emperor, will become permanent when he marries. His former attachment to the Archduke title has come to pass, and he has now granted Hughbert, his younger brother, that title and its accompanying powers. Wren will become the Empress of Eisenberg, and Hughbert, should he bring in a woman as his wife in the future, will assume the role of Archduchess. Such is the chronicle of Eisenberg, with its unending patterns of change and advancement in history.

"I have committed a dreadful murder," he says, "and this murder was the end of mine own life. I have murdered myself, as I have murdered my beloved wife."

Evelyn - Raginhart's former teacher and a woman he had always respected. Upon her sudden arrival, Raginhart realized that more was behind Gwendolyn's death than what he thought he'd known, and has taken her in to reside with him in the manor. Although they share the same teacher-to-student relationship they once did, Raginhart seems to have changed somewhat. Evelyn is often taken under his wing and cared for like a long-lost treasure, and the archduke's feelings for her seem to reveal themselves through his rare smiles.

Hughbert von Eisenberg - Raginhart's younger brother, and a member of the mercenaries. Hughbert and Raginhart share a twisted relationship, one that is riddled with mysteries and hatred. Hughbert was last seen in the Forest of the Lost, and since then, was never to be found. After Hughbert went missing, Raginhart declared him deceased and spent little time in searching for him. Two decades have passed, and no sign of Hughbert can be found. One night, however, will change Raginhart's life forever...

Celestina von Eisenberg - a young girl whom Raginhart adopted into the manor to raise into a young lady. Raginhart has high expectations of her, and is stern most of the time with her behavior as well as her mannerisms. He possesses no interest in romantic love for this young lady, although he treats her like his daughter. There exists a strong bond between the two, and Raginhart has only once opened himself to her, in the middle of the night, when Celestina was only nine years old. What went on during that night, only Raginhart and his 'daughter' know...

Lady Adelaide - Raginhart first met Adelaide when she was a mere child, and had given her a brooch to keep when he visited Cydonia with his late father. It has been more than a decade before they finally met each other again, this time each as a ruler to a kingdom. Raginhart's personal emotions and feelings for Adelaide remain unknown to all but themselves, and so as rumors spread, Raginhart simply dismisses them and carries himself the way he sees fit. Adelaide currently pays long visits to Raginhart, a very noticeable activity between themselves after King Hiran's death.

Lord Aiden - Raginhart possesses an intimate relationship with this man. Although sometimes irked by his unexpected visits and nonchalant attitude in his study, Aiden is a man whom Raginhart holds in high esteem, a man of great power and little patience for those he does not tolerate. Perhaps it is this confidence and courage that Lord Aiden possesses (and Raginhart lacks) that draws him towards this man.
