anthro bolt, but with more pointed ears, and a longer tail [you can make it really busy but its your choice,] then he's wearing anime highschool uniform, kinda like in get backers, fingerless gloves, two guns strapped to his legs [black and white] and his element is ice so with ice power stuff would be good...
am i asking for too much?
