Fantastic anatomy and very clean, however you line art is just a tad messy which causes a slight detraction from the piece overall. It looks like you inked this using photoshop or some similar program, a move I highly encourage. When your trying to trace you work, trying going back with the eraser tool to help clean up your lines. Also when drawing, make sure your using the brush tool and not the pencil tool.

looks like someones been practicing^^ good to see your liking the tablet alot, keep at it and a word of advice on inks: make sure you keep the line going, don't stop in the middle or else it comes out sketchy like this, if you make a mistake just hit undo and try again, happens to me alot ^^

well, not to sound rude but, sketchy inks don't tend to look as good, sketchy pencil work is fine, but the inks should be the final lines on a drawing. Oh man, I've gotta see how you color this ^^ are at the library at the moment?
