I have to say I think you have captured her eyes perfectly.
I might be showing my age here but, it looks like Jennifer's old nose.
Either way it's a great drawing....

There's something about the picture that although the features are slightly distorted you can distinctly recognize who it is. Your shading is very nice, I would just suggest working on proportions. Have you ever worked on a grid? It seems a little juvenile, but helps a lot on bigger pieces.

Very nice drawing and it's amazing how you did so fast!
I love her performance on FRIENDS, it's so cool.
I loved the other two female characters too

The only thing I don't like about this is that one of the eyes seems more open than the other

Anyway, great work, I wish I knew how to draw half of that.

uve done well in the face and the hair independently.. the photo looks a bit skewed.. but doesnt stop it from being a great artwork!

I was able to tell it was Jennifer Aniston from the thumb, which means you got her semblance down very well.
The are a few issues but, considering it took you less than 2 hours to make it, I really am impressed with the result and I KNOW I couldn't do anything that good in such a small time.
