I gotta say that your style and colours are AMAZING I love it. The tattoo and the freckles are nice details. Some crits: There is something off about her face. I would say it's the contour of her right (our left) cheek down to the chin, making that side of her face. Another thing I noticed is that the whole picture looks a bit squeezed together vertically.

Anyway, it's a really nice picture I hope my crits helps.

awwwww, this art gotta so special, so nice.
I like the overall feeling coming from the art. Is joyful, but no scandal-ness Also delicate, but keepin a sweety simplicity on the lineart ^^ As well looks warm, a nice day in warm sands of a summer day somewere...
The bg is also very original, just a division of colors suggesting sand and wsea water, blurred like in a photo, and a cool detail of the bg texture, reminds me marble ^^
Her teasing pose is adorable... I like this type of pose, lookin to the sides, and the head a bit upside... the eyes get a funny-ness like, add a very lovely touch and fits well with her happy and teasy smile Tee hee, summer is time to be happy! ^^

I'm sorry you're going through a block, but I do like the way the lineart turned out. And you always have such a way with subtle colors and mixing that with textures...it always just makes your art so much more outstanding. ^__^;;
