Commission for su71103.deviantart.com/ Β ^__^I brought out my dormand Gen-wunner to do this pic justice. Man though, so many big pokemon in this team it was hard to fit the Indigo Plateau in the background.. but you can just see a wee bit of it.

Well, yea Pikachu seems weak NOW but in gen 1 when critical hit ratio was based off of speed, those little guys would dominate. I eventually started writing mine as a sociopath just to explain why 3/4 of his attacks were critical. My Pikachu swept Brock at the beginning with normal attacks and soloed Lance at the end with electric. "Not Very Effective" my foot. I can totally see that little guy delivering his share of butt-kickings at the league.

Yea, I loved Pokemon Yellow for that. Gotta be really careful with Pikachu in the first gym though, overgrinding is recommended unless you're lucky enough to get a Nidoran (For that sweet Double Kick) or Mankey.
