its basically inspired by alot of theories on here that Kovu turned evil again after tlk2.
in this case, Kovu was using kiara the whole time, and finally he's king and doesnt need to use her anymore, therefore sending her to exile.

sounds really dark...honestly, I don't find it plausable. Kovu was really, genuinely in love.
