I haven't actually had any proper instruction at school/self-taught how to efficiently use Flash's lineart. My 2D classes rather teach students to draw the old-fashioned paper way (until I convinced my instructor I could do it digitally). Plus it's really hard for me to sketch in Flash.

Instead, I draw the frames in SAI and export them to After Effects to test the animation. The technique has worked fairly well for me and was used in the previous two animations I uploaded to my Youtube.
