Another fuckyeahmonstergirls.tumblr.co… prompt, plant girl! Since I'm doing a bunch of costume work related to a monster girl who is a venus flyTrap and Poison Ivy, I wanted to do something a little different.

So I went with a cactus. Did you know that as a part of the photosynthesis process, cacti convert energy from the sun into a potent concoction of hallucinogenic powder that springs into the air when the cactus is scared? It's said that cacti can sense when a potential predator is nearby and release these spores in large clouds inducing anyone nearby in a hallucinogenic trance and this is actually the cause for mirages! Actually it's not, that's a totally made up fact.
