Short in stature, but big in attitude, Rabies is Needles' rambunctious, rebellious, hot-headed, and impatient best friend/Adoptive Brother. Like all Uruku, Rabies is rather short, but what they lack in height, they make up for in speed.

Rabies and Needles grew up together enjoying the cool and crazy things that life threw at them. Although Rabies' and Needles' personalities can conflict with each other from time to time, by the end of the day, Rabies will always have Needles' back and vice-versa. Rabies is rather simple-minded and prefers the “act now, talk later” approach, and can be very impatient. Many jokes will go over his head, and his occasional gullibility is something to note. Rabies loves to brawl, quite evident by the bandages on his arms. He can have an addictive side to him as well and loves to gamble and drink. Despite his rough and brazen personality, Rabies has a softer side to him too; he loves cooking, making cocktails, and secretly enjoys gardening (which only his parents and Needles know about, the latter who likes to tease him about it).

Rabies has very powerful legs that allow him to kick very hard and run very fast. Although he is headstrong and prefers to rush his opponents immediately, he has the ability (like most Uruku) to change the color of his skin to match his surroundings; effectively giving him the ability to cloak himself for a potential sneak attack. When the going gets really tough, Rabies will access a Rage State where he goes red in the face, and enhances his abilities ten-fold.
