Blue Velvet was back and more confident than ever.

Astor was right, nopony could tell her what to do with her sex life. There would always be ponies who would try, but she finally stopped giving a shit. Their opinions didn’t matter. She WAS a slut, but she was proud of it. It meant she had a lot of practice in healthy relationships.

And there was absolutely nothing wrong with that.

So with her makeup freshly done, Blue matched right down to Sweet Apple Acres, the most confident and experienced version of herself ever. And damn did she look good while doing it.

Sauntering through the orchard gates, she was practically glowing as she made a beeline for the basement her girlfriend kept her snakes in. If she was anywhere, she’d certainly be there.

But then a voice called out to her.

“Look who’s brought her flank down here again! I thought I told you Ma don’t appreciate sluts coming around these parts.”

Brackish.

He approached her with an ugly sneer, the same one he had when he backed her into a corner and tried to crush her spirit.

But Blue wasn’t backing down this time. She turned towards him, smiling sweetly as she shot out a comeback.

“Well I guess that means both of us need to leave, doesn’t it?”

Normally Brackish wore his body count like a badge of pride, but the the way Blue just refused to submit to him stunned him. Angered him even.

“That ain’t what I meant! At least I’m family!”

“And so’s she! Now get outta her face!”

Varmint!

The mare came trotting out of her snake den with Brenda wrapped around her, like a knight and her gallant companion saving the day. Not that Blue couldn’t handle herself but she felt like a princess with her coming to her rescue.

“Brack bothering you, hun?”

“‘Course not! Mind your business, sis!”

The stallion butted in before Blue could speak.

“Don’t act like I don’t got ears.”

Varmint rebuked.

“Ain’t Ma tell you that anypony who loves an Apple is family? She’s welcome here.”

“And I’m not going anywhere!”

Blue added, then turned to Varmint.

“I’ve met and loved a lot of ponies but when I met you, I knew I wanted this to last. I love you Varmint, and I want to be—no, I WILL be in your life for a long, long time.”

She snuggled into Varmint’s chest, her voice shifting to a more flirty tone.

“If you can handle me, that is.~”

Varmint’s face flushed hot at this last part. Blue always knew how to fluster even a big, strong mare like her. And she liked it.

“Uh...eeyup. Fine by me.”

Was all she could utter out.

“I mean, more than fine. I wouldn’t have anypony else-”

“Now wait a damn minute!”

Brackish interrupted his sister’s stammering.

“You don’t even know what you’re getting into with her!”

“Oh, she does.~ Even Brenda has my blessing.”

Blue crooned, Varmint nodding along and even the snake on her back perking up in agreement. Then Blue turned pointedly towards Brackish.

“If you don’t like it, you can go fuck yourself. Now if you’ll excuse me, I will be fucking your sister!”
