Description you know what gets me off when it comes to a landscape?
when the skies are brown-trousers-time dark, and looking like the heavens are about to open, but the foreground (especially jagged rock, red bracken or yellow crops like corn or oil seed rape) is illuminated through a crack in the clouds, with the full force of the summer sun.

if i spot that and have a camera, even if the view is mediochre, i'll be popping off shots.
if i don't have a camera, i will be weeping and wailing and gnashing my teeth, of that you can be sure.

anyway, enjoy. i feel like i'm starting to get the hang of my new camera.
