That's okay. My new self-treatment gives them all back. 
It's easy, you can do it too. . . Just find a big stick and whap yourself in the head with it. It has to be a hard whap. If it doesn't knock you out, it doesn't work right, so hit hard!

Amzingly, I also have the reply to
your question what they do with the super powers they take away: they favor some of thei patients over others- and give them THEM the superpowers, or youse the power to enhance their favored patients already existant power.
how i know? ... i think i might be a favourite (yeah, ill give you your powers back if you ask nice, please dont kill me. Besides, i would escape, seeing as i can travel to different worlds in matter of seconds)
