I really HATED Eatle in UAF. His entire existence was made up from the laziness of the UAF staff, his powers and design is also very lazy too. I mean, an Alien who's power involves eating things and shooting them out as projectiles? Gee, that sounds familiar (UPCHUCK)! His design was too robotic (As a matter of fact? They ripped out one of NRG's concept designs and gave him a mechanical! vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/b…). While OV did gave him a better design, making him more organic, his power was still a rip off of Upchuck. So I thought and I thought, then it hit me? Instead of making him an upchuck ripoff (powerwise). I thought I'd retain his power of eating, but instead of shooting them out through his mouth? It should come out the other end, and so FARTBUG was born!Name: Fartbug
Powers/Abilities: Can Ingest food and can convert them into an explosive blast from rear. Could use rear for limited flight. Slight Strength. Slight Durability. Strong jaws used for biting and consumption.
Weakness: Needs to consume a lot of organic material to make blast. Digestion of food takes time. Cannot digest harder materials. Strength of blast is dependent on gassy material. Strong smell
Race: Flatupod
Planet:Flatusthanus
Additional Info: On Flatusthanus, a forest of large spicy vegatables grow their. It is a favorite meal of the Flatupods. They would grow and harvest these spicy plants and do a yearly "biggest blast" competition. Who ever wins are recruited to be defenders of their home from invaders. Flatusthanus has one of the best defensive systems ever.

You know I just realized somthing, but before I say it I need to ask you somthing, have you ever seen the Tremors movie franchise? Because there’s a creature in the third, fifth, and sixth movies which is called the... Assblaster. These creatures are almost exactly like like your alien here, in which they mix chemicals in thier... “posterior” to blast off into the air and glide.
i just recently got back into the tremors movies and when I thought about this alien it’s powers immediately reminded of the assblaster and I thought I’d mention it to you.
by the way if you don’t know what an assblaster is then please look it up, as well as the other tremors movie monsters.

And yes I did watch the tremors movies. The first one is a classic. The second one was better. Third one was, kinda weak. Fourth one is forgettable. Five is awesome and brings back the dignity to the franchise. I have yet to watch the sixth one.

I can't help but think of Wario when I think about this guy. Also, can his flatulent blasts vary in power? Like the more he eats the more powerful his blasts can become? I'm thinking this guy could produce nuke-like explosions if he builds up enough gas.

The new look for Eatle/Fartbug will take some getting used to but I'm liking the change in powers. The propulsion blast was a great way to go.

I personally like the Omniverse version of Eatle (though I think he should've been given flight capabilities, increased strength and limitations to his digestion abilities to separate him from Upchuck more), but the UA version...no. He had an evolutionary illogical design, a generic voice and seemed to show up just to lose. He was nothing more than a bland slot-filler.
As for this version...I am not a fan of toilet humour. At all. So this guy's power is not very appealing to me. However, as an alien I can say it's unique and it's design is cool. Still, the "Biggest Blast Competition" alone is just...ugh.
I know I'm biased, and that overall this is a good alien, but I'm just not that fond of this one.

Yeah, I was thinking how his race works. And seeing that his race rely on self defense and need to act in security. I thought they do competition to select the best defenders to ward off invasions.

But for real, good job here 
Though I do give it that difference that the mechanical form is just a mobile chrysalis for Eatle, while the beetle form is the real creature. Heck, thinking that the powers are slightly different in that the horn can create concusive blasts, but it needs the fuel for the energy attacks and that unlike Upchuck, who can injest multiple materials with ease and is quick, Eatle's jaws made it able to chew through things more throually.

Thing is. Don't get me wrong, it is a GREAT chapter. I love how Ben FINALLY puts Harague to his place, convincing the public he's not the enemy, he's a hero. Eddie is put to good use. I love Julie's new hacking suit (is it based on Sombra from Overwatch?). And the twist at the end, Harague and Enoch are twin brothers! It also seems like Harague is suffering from a strange health condition too.
My only criticism is that. The other's characters trash on Jennifer for being with a Captain Nemesis "He Tried to Kill me. He's Crazy. Don't trust him".....Sound Familiar? (Rhymes with Levin). This leads me to my major problems most of the sequels. With the "You can't be close with former badguys because of the bad things.....except Kevin.....he's cool because reasons?".
One of my gripes with alien swarm and revenge of the swarm? Gwen kept telling ben not to trust Elena because of what "her" grandfather did and what she is doing. Yet Gwen is dating a guy with more skeletons in his closet than Elena ever would.
Then we go to "Max's Monster". While it was a solid episode, what infuriated me about the episode (besides Ben's immaturity) was that "Phil is no Kevin". It was not stated once, it was stated THREE TIMES! They were implying that Phil is worse than Kevin. Keep in mind, Phil was merely profiting from plumber technology. But was sent to the Nullvoid and experimented by Psychobos against his will. Meanwhile, Kevin did what he did WILLINGLY yet the sequels still kept implying that did no wrong.

It's more for the Stockholm syndrome side of things with Jennifer than Kevin, since he DID try to turn over a new leaf and (at times) showed regret for his past actions. And the sequels did imply that Kevin was going through a mental disorder given to him by his powers (Which makes some sense as most villains who gain electrokinesis end up insane). Plus Nemesis had no real fredian excuse for his actions. He just wanted attention, nothing more. Kevin at least had the reason of 'I am angry at the world because everyone kept mistreating me. So this is me lashing out with the added douse of crazy"
