This is Mek'Nik, one of Malware's allies to start the "Technorganic revolution".

A long time ago, Mek'Nik was a simple mechanic. Selling parts and other uses of technology he could make. Then the giant space tick came to his home and destroyed his planet, leaving him and his race homeless.

To make matters worse, a bunch of Incurseans wrangled them all up, forcing them to create constucts and mechanical suits for the incursean's war-like nature. Unbeknownst to the incurseans was that, one of them had escaped from capitivity and fled from the incursean's grasp.

From then on, Mek'Nik grew to hate organics, abusing technorganics alike, using them as tools. Then, he later bumps into a strange yellow Galvanic Mechamorph known as Malware. Mek'Nik fixed what he could with Malware, who also grew to hate organics. With them sharing the same ideals, they decided they want to start a technorganic revolt.
