Description ~Gothic Clockwork~

I watched this Anime series called Rozen Maiden and wanted to do something like that. This is again something completely different, now in the living doll theme, gothic style. I am dedicating this pic to for his extensive work with dolls not much different from this one. He asked me to recreate one of his dolls in 3D, but instead I decided to create a doll character more in my own style.

By "this kind" did you mean ball-jointed dolls or 3D graphics in general? ^^

Thank you! This doll was created my a Japanese 3D artist called MayaX - the same guy who created AnimeDoll, the most used model in my entire gallery! In the other pic (with the Pocky mini-game) I created a brand new outfit just for her.

The advantage of using the 3D model of a ball-jointed doll is that you can not only pose and dress them, but also change their hair, body proportions, eye colors and facial expression.

You're welcome. You can get started by checking MayaX's web store [link] and get his Ball-jointed Doll for only $18, which comes complete with hair and a Alice-like dress. You can use the model with the "DAZ Studio" program, which is offered for FREE at [link] Also available at MayaX's site is AnimeDoll ($18), which is the model you see all over my gallery from day 1.

That's the third time I've seen the words Rozen Maiden and the second time I've seen that avatar today. Her legs are a bit too shiny, but her hair is very good. Did you mean for it to go transparent at the ends?

That only means you have to go watch Rozen Maiden because it's really good!
Her body is made of china, so it is naturally shiny. ^_^
Part if the hair is semi-transparent, but I didn't pay much attention to it.

I quite like it, she reminds me of the more goth-version of alice in wonderland, y'know from the game?
Only her head seems a bit glued to her shoulders, but that's also because of the way that she's standing.

Oh! This is great! So is the other doll render!
They're both so prettyyy. @.@; After watching that series, I really wanted to start up with making my own doll characters as well.

I just finished up with the second season of Rozen Maiden and it was really good. I'm hoping there will be more, so we can find out who Father is and the other ways to become Alice. Also, as odd as it is, I think there was a bit of romance going on between Jun and Shinku. o_o;;

It's funny some poeple not familiar with the Anime series were freaked out by the doll-like joints the character. I didn't watch the 2nd season yet, which is called "Traumend" has the same number of episodes (12). Next in my list!
