Thank you for reporting me this. He had no permission. in general he has no prmission, because to sell fanart another person crated is not allowed. A shop like this must have the permission of the creator or publisher and the artist. Otherwise it is illegal.

It's on ebay again, being sold by a different person. *sigh* I would message them myself, but I already exceeded my limit sending messages to people on ebay today. (I sent a lot to people about a different stolen artwork done by someone who doesn't have a DA account.) If my reporting this gets annoying, you can tell me to stop.

I remember that episode. I literally cried my life thinking Kakashi´s death.
I loved him from the begining and my heart were complete when I knew he is the sixth hokage.
