Interesting, definitely interesting, especially since I'm a writer by trade...
Anyway, this is a touching piece. The farewell of two friends who never got to say goodbye. The emotion in Kakashi's stance is all too plain, and Obito's comforting hand shows that they really think highly of each other, and consider each other brothers despite their differences.
The grey scale background shows how the world drops away for them and all they can feel in this moment is at last, the chance to say good bye to a friend that might have been.
