Bio: Everyone loves having pets, but not everyone knows how to take care of them, but what if you were to create a pet that could easily take care of itself, didn't need feeding, watering, and just loafed around the house all day doing absolutely nothing. That was the general idea on how Levi was made. Genetic Engineers took one of the most well loved household pokemon, a Glameow, and infused it with that of a Rotom, which was probably a really bad idea after the fact. Levi is and was pretty lazy right after creation. She would lounge around the house all day, but that's not all she did. As a Rotom, she was drawn to electrical devices, and while she can't possess them like a normal Rotom, she is able to take control of them, leading to her messing around with items she should, and usually short circuiting whatever she was messing with. Alongside this, she also had a taste for electrical wiring. Anything and everything with an electrical current, she could be founding gnawing on, feeding off of the electricity.

It wasn't long before Levi was thrown out of her household, left without knowing how to defend herself, and being pretty low level. At the time, she was still a kitten, and she had to struggle to survive. She didn't need to eat or sleep, but that didn't make survival not difficult. Her taste for electrical power kept her charged, and without a charge, she could barely move. It was a difficult time, the physical body of the glameow made it hard to control what ghostly powers she had, but that chased over time.

Levi learned to control herself as she grew older, able to phase through walls, control machines, and even steal electricity without chewing through wires. She was pretty much living a nice live on the streets, and when she discovered Team Rocket, she saw it as an opportunity to wreck havoc as she saw fight, but also have a roof over her head when needed.
