Remiel, sometimes equated with Ramiel, is an Archangel and Grigori whose primary mention is in the Book of Enoch. Like many angels, he is attributed with many titles and duties.
He is an Angel of Hope, and of Mercy. Of Death, and of Abyss. Of Thunder, and of Empathy.
Some sources suggest he has a female twin, who also has the title of Joy.
The aspects emphasized in this drawing fall more in line with Remiel as the Angel of True Visions, Bearer of the Instructions of the Archangels, and Angel of Guidance.
As for myself, I tend to see him as a snarky asshole.

Aza'ael is also known as a death angel. Probably for that reason. So is Raphael so yeah. Well, Raphael is more like Charon from the Greek myths (much lovelier to look at mind you.), but he rows the boat that takes you to the afterlife in some beliefs.
