Ooh, very pristine and nicely shaded I like his expression as well, very; ' I got teh fish!' I'm a little unsure about the backlags, they seem a bit 'bulky'. Then again that could just be the pose. You must have worked a lot with the water, streamlines are very hard to get right. I don't know have to critique that properly, it's a bit all over the place but it really gives the picture a nice sense of movement^^
I hope that helped somewhat. Great work on this strong entry

Yes, the back legs are wonky to the extreme. Somewhere between anatomy and perspective, they got a little messed up. It looked fine as a lineart, but shaded they look completely off. I may go back and fix it someday, but not anytime soon. Too laaazy.
