Description Art Request for KTWitt1 (a friend)
She wanted a winged, maned, gold and silver dragon. I did most of this on paper, and then colored the sketch in Photoshop 2.0. I like how it came out. *Is proud* The sketchy look turned out better than I thought it would, and manilla paper makes a nice, simple background.

I love the eye. The perspective and musculature of the back is a little strange, though.

Thanks! Well, it started out as a head sketch. Then a torso sketch. Then the rest kind of added in... So I hadn't drawn the head with the rest of the body in mind, and I had to figure out how to fit the body in without cutting it off. So most of the back is covered by wing feathers.
