I've had this drawing of Manectric sketched for... quite some time. |D Finally decided to finish it up last night. Still need something before I can start a traditional commission and figured I could use some practice again to get back into the hang of it.Materials: Prismacolor pencils for Manectric and chalk pastels for the background. Sealed with workable fixative.
Size: 8.5x11 on cardstock
I actually really like how this one turned out. Dunno if I want to sell it now or not... Nintendo usually doesn't mind if fanart is sold, right? I did take artistic liberty with the design too. I won't be making prints of it though.

I did too, it's not the best in battle though, but it was the best early electric type in Hoenn I believe. The electric type moveset was always a bit lacking in the older games.Β

Thank you so much! I always wanted to draw it with the head-thing being more of a mane, like the name implies. I've liked the pokemon itself from it's release, but I did wish its official design looked more like this, mostly in the face. :'D
