Description Who ever said a Fire starter can't also be a grass type?

Grass Starter- Budevil -> Ivicious -> Fernacious
Water Starter - ??? -> ??? -> Hydroxus

The fire starter idea wasn't all me, I have to thank *Duckyworth for giving me the idea first, even if I mistook it for a lizard instead of an actually bush and tree
