Ok. the first image is the completed work.

the 2nd image shows you how to do it. yeah pretty time consuming. first you make circle-in-a-circle. then you pile them up together in order to form the necessary pattern. and then obviously the alignment took time after that crop out a section and pile them together on a larger sheet of canvas and youre done you can also make this into a pattern, just go edit > define pattern. note: if you want to define the 1 i made into a pattern, dont. coz the top edge dont match the bottom, the left dont match the side. yeah this means youll spend some time as well trying to crop it lol

oh yes a little info on wtf a seikaiha is. basically its 青海波, and its a jap traditional pattern from ages ago. go google it if you want more info.
