Honestly, I didn't want to draw Julia with a dress. I wanted to show off her beautiful~ metalic skin, but after a while testing some clothes on Kancle (yes she was my model to choose Julia's xD), I liked it :3
But I'm not sure about the chain, I really, really love the fact that Julia has a diamond chain~ and I hope I made it look... that good. (It took me the whole crappy week to do this picture D: )

Update: OMG I just noticed it was july when I drew Julia.
