Imagine if FoC Grimlock was in RID 2015 instead of RID Grimlock... FOC Grimlock would have straight up murdered Underbite on the first episode... Or all other Decepticons in the show for that matter.

Well, it's possible he could return. The "old friends" Optimus mentioned in "Worthy" could be the Dinobots. May I remind you that they appeared in the Beast Hunters comics. If they do return, they can tone Grimlock down to just wanting Shockwave dead. I can see a scene where Strongarm tries to arrest Grimlock due to his various killings.

I don't understand why they underpowered Grimlock SO MUCH in RID 2015.

In my opinion, they didn't underpower Grimlock. They just toned him down a bit. I mean, RID 2015 is directed towards kids, so it would make sense to have Grimlock be a bit mellowed out. If he were brutal and ferocious, he'd literally destroy every Decepticon Bee Team encountered. That being said, RID 2015 Grimlock is pretty much a "tame" Grimlock in the sense he doesn't go all-out apeshit on the Decepticons and tear them apart piece by piece. If he did THAT on the show, the kids watching would shit bricks XD

I agree with your opinion. It just surprises me HOW tame Grimlock is in RID 2015, even though the show is directed at younger children and MUCH more child friendly than TF Prime.

I understand, not everyone took kindly to the tame nature of this Grimlock. But hey, as long as he transforms into a dinosaur and is even in the show AT ALL, im content. 
Also, i just love the Grimlock moments he has in the show. Especially the scene in "Suspended" where he used the sheet as a cape and wheeled off in the trailer to help Strongarm, but then like 5 seconds later he crashes into a bush. XDDD I love this incarnation of Grimlock, he's utterly hilarious and adorkable.
