As Xan finds herself descending this chasm, she tries her best to not let her gaze stray from the way. The images appearing and dancing along the walls are thoughts and memories she had often tried to bury. The guilt from not acting and the guilt from acting. Sometimes no matter which route you pick, there is only a bad ending waiting. With every step she takes the chasm just turns longer and deeper. As she takes one step after the other, walking along the surface of crystal clear cool water, the sound of the ripples seem to calm her mind. The images dancing around her make her memories of those actions become so vivid. Indeed, she made wrong choices back then, helping when she could have and helping when she should have not. These choices may have led to bad endings, but her path isn't over yet. Her past actions can't be undone, but she can still face them and try to create new path for her story and keep going. The past can't be changed, but the future is not yet written.
