Description
B350ER/EK is an SIGINT platform based on Beechcraft Super King Air 350ER. It is an fixed-wing, airborne, SIGINT collection and precision target location system. It collects low-, mid- and high-band radio signals as well as ELINT signals, identifies and classifies them, determines source location and provides near-real-time reporting to command unit. Development of this platform begun in 2028 as joint programme initiated by Germany, France and Great Britain. First prototype flown on December 8th 2030 and with later help from USA serial production was initiated in 2031. Aircraft was extensively used during 2nd Spanish Civil War where it proven its worthiness. Later on in 2038 intelligence gathered by both Greek and British aircraft allowed EAADA forces in Greece and Cyprus to form strong defensive lines and send necessary reinforcements that arrived just on time. In most EAADA nations that obtained this platform it was accepted into service as RC-350ER while Great Britain uses name Listener R.1 and Germany uses B350ER/EK. Germany uses total of 48 B350ER/EK along with 24 B350ER/DSRS as part of LSK*.

Presented B350ER/EK belongs to Fernmelde- und Elektronische Aufklärunggeschwader 902 and have tactical number "011". This plane, along with its whole unit, saw service mainly over Europe and around Syria. It was damaged when stationed in Greece by Turkish drone strike but damage was not severe and aircraft was put back into service after repairs in Bulgaria.

*LSK (Luftstreitkräfte) is an air component of ground forces (LaSK -Landstreitkräfte). It mainly uses helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft found its way into LSK after army reforms performed in 2036. It mainly uses C-27Js for paratrooper training and cargo, An-74Ms for cargo duties and different versions of B350ER and D328Eco for recon, C2 or laison duties.
