megaman!im really starting to like the png thumbnail transparency artifacts that dA is giving my pieces.
megaman is another good example of a game i love...just not to play.
more implausible lighting : D but i drew a neck!

I think the circle lighting's fine; it seems to fit your style, and you're rather good at placing it. I'll have to try it out some time. LOL
A couple things bother me about the neck area. (1) The way his shoulder (on our left) is connecting to his neck makes it look as though he COULD be wearing a backless shirt. You could probably fix that by slightly rapping a bit of the blue around the lower back exposed part of his neck. (2) The neckline of his shirt seems to go in abruptly at the base of his neck under his chin; doesn't really fit the side that's closest to us. If you made it go in above the base of his neck there, I think there would be less of a woman booby effect.
Anyway, super cute! I love all your stuff, so I had to critique this in order to keep myself from trying to jump into my monitor.
