Description Artwork for a local exhibition called 'Creating for Conservation' Raising money to help African Wild Dogs.

This year I made 3 sculptures and 1 painting, which all sold but I realised now that I haven't got a photo of the painting.

Aluminium wire and foil armature, polymer clay, acrylic paints. painted cockatiel feather.

This mouth was one piece with details sculpted in. The yawning one had basic tongue shape made separate

No comments!?...Well, I think that all of your African Wild Dogs are great (and everything else for that matter), and I think that the feather is really neat to add in!.

If you don't mind me asking, how do you sculpt the muzzles/mouths? Do you make them in separate pieces or one piece and then use a tool to shape the mouth?
