Description
Artwork for a local exhibition called 'Creating for Conservation' Raising money to help African Wild Dogs.This year I made 3 sculptures and 1 painting, which all sold but I realised now that I haven't got a photo of the painting.
Aluminium wire and foil armature, polymer clay, acrylic paints.

You are really good at sculpting. I like how made all the pups have dffrent markings. I love the pose the mom is in.

wow, this is pretty amazing work! i see everything perfect about both the puppies' and the adult's anatomy, the coloring looks neatly and nicely painted, and there's plenty of texture! oh, and i love how all three of the puppies have unique expressions and personalities.
amazing work, and i really admire you for doing this for a cause. i'm sure whoever bought this as well as the african wild dogs are happy.

hmmm nope I dont think so, unless they were some older version. I looked that up on google, the ones I had were more realistic. The puppies has little poses like your pups, one on its back one sitting

I found out recently that the males usually do the babysitting for these guys. Really cool. I love wild canids, I think they are amazing, especially wild dogs. It's sad how underrated they are.
I am doing a research project, and I told some people about the amazing things they do, and they said it was "Scary." It's a sad reaction.
