Description
This is the third portrait I did for the same lady. This is the older brother of the twins and she wanted him to be a Knight. Did excessive research on old fabric patterns and made a texture pattern out of a couple. All for that 2 inches of fabric. >:\Photoshop

HE REMINDS ME OF MYSELF BACK IN THE DAY. FANTASTIC SHADING, LINEART AND COLORS AS PER USUAL BUT I'M CURIOUS AS TO KNOW HOW YOU ACCOMPLISH YOUR SHADING (I have had photoshop for some time now but shading is still my Achilles' heel).

He looks way too sweet and cherubic to be a knight...

girl..you are an amaizing painter...great skills...i think that the only thing in this painting that could be worked on is the horse mane....maybe if it could use a little more detail...mmm like the one showed in the tail....BUT...IT IS AN AMAIZING PIECE OF ARTWORK....PERIOD!

He's so cute! His face is sooo adorable! i really like what you did with the patterns and the textures.

Also my favorite of the three.. The brightness on all three of their faces however being brighter than the rest of the picture., while increasing focus on that area is also distracting from the overall feel of the image. Perhaps a light focus that included a shoulder and part of the chest and a few other areas as a scattered light source may help get rid of the floating head feeling that's coming off of these. Not that I'm an expert or anything ^^' but awesome work, I love the work on the horse here and the armor is fantastic.

really nice! I dont think having all those blades of grass in focus was a good decision though, and I dont know when I look at the grass close to the horse but behind it just seems too close

Nice! I think this is my favorite of the three, he looks very courageous because he looks out of the canvas straight at you.
